Bardo Hauntings is a collection of remixes of the twelve songs on American Bardo: the remixes are hauntings of the original songs.

Volume one of Bardo Hauntings is made up of Mike Butler remixes of six of the American Bardo songs.

George Saunders' novel, Lincoln in the Bardo, is an American Buddhist's yurei story that explores American history and many other hauntological subjects and themes.

American Bardo is our 2020 concept album where the songs are readings of this great novel's characters and hauntology. American Bardo was listed on Popmatters' list of top Americana albums for 2020.
